MOBNET is a project addressed to young entrepreneurs, funded by the European Commission under the framework of EuropeAID as part of New Euro-Mediterranean Initiative for the Promotion of Youth Employment. CEDIT, which was already part of the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs network, is now participating in this project. The other partners are Oxfam Italia and ASEV in Italy, MOUVES in France, REMESS in Morocco and TCSE in Tunisia.

The main aim of the project is encouraging cross-border exchange of knowledge, experience and human capital, and facilitating the organization of 52 exchanges: these young entrepreneurs (12 from Italy and France, 14 from Morocco and Tunisia) will have the opportunity to have a professional experience abroad in one of the countries of the other side of the Mediterranean Sea. The exchange of experience takes place during a stay (from 1 to 3 months) with an experienced entrepreneur, which helps the new entrepreneur acquire the skills needed to run a small enterprise. During these months they will have the chance of developing their business skills and exchanging entrepreneurial ideas with the aim of creating a new network and business opportunities.

A the same time, also the project partners will create a network with other intermediary and support organizations, such as business organizations, women and youth’s associations and public bodies, in order to facilitate business development.

MOBNET also aspires to encourage the entrepreneurship mindset of young people with particular regard to companies able to generate innovation in the social business.
